Abhimanyu Sood | AVP - Sales
Abhimanyu, one of our core founding member, is associated with BetterServ since company's inception. He has over 8 years of experience in real estate space. He has pursued Mechanical Engineering from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and MBA - Marketing from IBS Hyderabad. He has previously worked with companies like Xanadu Realty, Feedback Infra & Network18.
He is a leader who ensures to achieve the business goals and also believes in ensuring team-building. He is people's favourite and his core strength lies in his team. His ideology - “Respect, Perseverance, Loyalty & Hustle are his way to go mottos in life”.
During his free time, he loves playing guitar, spending time with his family & his pets – Shadow (Husky) and Zorawar (Persian Cat).
Dikshant Mehtani | AVP - Sales
Dikshant has earned his PGDBM from NMIMS. And since he is of a belief that learning never stops, he has completed “Executive Development Program in Strategic Management” from XLRI in 2019-20 and is currently pursuing “Senior Management Program” from IIM Ahmedabad.
He has over 10+ years of experience with world's leading hotel chain like Oberoi Group & Xanadu Realty in real estate space.

He is an athletic individual from his childhood till date. He has performed from martial arts on a national level to played cricket and table tennis at a professional level. He follows football like a fanatic, and when he is not cheering for his favourite team “ Chelsea FC”, you will find him reading books, journals or sacred texts or pursue his passion for music by playing guitar.

Arpit comes with a diversified experience of over 11 years with brands like Bharati Airtel, Star India and with his most recent position being DGM - Sales at Xanadu Realty. He is a pure distribution champion and worked closely from rural markets to urban markets. He is a people's person and enjoy his teams trust and respect. He likes reading books on management or health & nutrition, also he enjoys displaying his cooking skills whenever he gets time.

Deeshant comes with core strengths into Brand Management, Brand Architecture Development, Campaign Development & Implementation, Devising & Executing engagement/contact programmes, Agency Management etc.
An ex-advertising professional, armed with over 14 years of experience, Deeshant has worked across different sectors, namely FMCG, Pharma, Personal Care, BFSI and Real Estate and have executed Campaigns across varied geographies of Indian Subcontinent & Western Africa.
He likes to read, listen to retro music, cook and watch TV Sitcoms and Movies during his spare time.
His outlook – "To view life in perspective, not to judge people or situations quickly, think outside the box and be original".
Bhavana is our Manager – Human Resource & Admin. She is an MBA post graduate with more than 10 years of rich experience with varied industries as HR Generalist handling various aspects of HR portfolio starting from Recruitment, Learning & Development and strategizing policies aligning to the business objectives and goals.
She is a people’s person, and uses this attribute to play the pivotal role of point of contact for the employer and the team.
She loves to travel to different wild forests of India where she enjoys witnessing the diverse beauty of wildlife.
Her mantra - "To always have a positive outlook in life", and she believes every problem has a solution, you just need to have an eye for the solution.
